Welcome to The Diamond Detail. By booking a service with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
The Diamond Detail offers mobile car detailing services in the Kenosha and Mukwonago areas. Services include interior and exterior detailing, with optional add-ons such as waxing and polishing.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions or improper vehicle preparation.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be made via phone, text, email, or our website. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. Failure to pay may result in a late fee or refusal of future services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. The Diamond Detail is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

6. Liability
While we take great care in handling every vehicle, The Diamond Detail is not liable for pre-existing damage, poor condition of vehicle surfaces, or any damage caused by faulty parts or equipment beyond our control.

7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt our services. All content on the site is the property of The Diamond Detail and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
